If one of our customers makes an inquiry about our special use tools, the customer's individual needs and requirements are meticulously recorded. After initial dialogue we are then able to offer a complete concept including technical drawings.

WEDCO Inspection & Measurement Indicies with Zoller Genius 3 micro are available upon request. These can be used in conjunction with all of our tensile tools.

The measurements cover diameter, circumferance, angle radius, range length, cone and bevel angle, front rake angle, clearance angle and bevel width at transverse and perimeter as well as all types of contours in tolerance balance.

 WEDCO belongs to the first businesses in Austria, that is already after the new ISO 9001:2008 certified.

WEDCO adheres to the standard of ISO 9001/2008. This certification is done through Quality Austria, an independent and accredited testing station. The decision to go for certification was of course a matter of common sense for us and not simply due to requests from our business partners.

Our many precision measuring instruments including the Zoller Genius 3 micro are linked to an internal computer network for assistance during production. This also includes a laser micrometer with a guaranteed repetitive accuracy of ±0,2µm
