If one of our customers makes an injury about our special use tools,the customer s indivicual needs and requierements are meticulously recorded. After initial dialogue we are then able to offer a complete concept including technical drawings.

Inspection & Measurement indicies are avaliable upon request. These can be used in conjuction with all of our tensile tools.The measurements cover diameter, circumferance, angle, radius, range length, cone and bevel angle, front rake angle, clearance angle and bevel width at transverse and perimeter as well as all types of contours in tolerance balance.

Tools are made by in 5 axis CNC machines with well trained employees. They  have been controled with 0,003mm Zoller repetition measuring machine and have been choosen the best avaliable coating for the product. In Eifeler coating facility they can be made with the fastest way.
